Chinese copper and brass censer in the form of a "ruyi" sceptre shaped and pierced lid with poem characters.
Condition report: Good condition overall but some loss and damages despite which as can be seen still fits together fine.
Similar example: made by "ding yue hu", “丁月湖” a famous artist, exhibited in Suqian City Museum in Jiangsu Province, China.
丁月湖：名澐，字月湖，室名“爱吾庐”。南通石港人。生于道光九年，卒于光绪五年。制炉名家，著录《印香图谱》。
