NO.1923  SILVERED BRASS INK BOX

The ink box is made of brass and copper. The inner layers and the underside are made of copper. The lid and the outer layers of the side face are made of  silvered brass. The lid is engraved with calligraphies and flowers. An inscription is carved on the lid "yi wei jia ping yi zhong xian sheng cang mo, lian shu zuo yu du men " "乙未嘉平仪重贤甥藏墨，莲叔作于都门"
